Biziz Food's production facility is situated in the Mudanya district of Bursa province, operating within a 2,000 square meter enclosed area on a 29,000 square meter site, in compliance with European Union standards. Our production is led by a team of the nation's most skilled masters, ensuring that hygiene and health standards are prioritized. Founded in 2006, Biziz Food began production just four months later, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Mustafa AVCI. He describes Biziz Food as a mill, noting that it transitioned from a flour mill when wheat fields dominated the area to its current role as an olive mill. With nearly a century of experience in food production, this mill continues to grow and evolve, committed to delivering the finest service and top-quality olive oil.
