Founded in 1988 in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone under the name NADİR UN ve YEM (Nadir Flour and Feed), our factory was acquired by the BÜYÜKSELÇUK family in 2001. Following this acquisition, our company continued its operations under a name change, becoming one of the leading companies in the flour and feed sector in the region and operating as SELÇUKLU UN ve YEM SANAYİİ (Selçuklu Flour and Feed Industry). One of our main areas of activity is the production of all types of flour for the bakery and flour products sector under the SELÇUKLU UN and NADİR UN brands. In 2012, we added the BERİKA brand to our portfolio, increasing our flour production capacity; and simultaneously, we started producing natural ready-to-eat bread and pastry mixes. In 2018, our flour production facility reached a daily production capacity of 250 tons thanks to process improvements made with state-of-the-art technology. Along with this capacity increase, our flour laboratory was modernized with state-of-the-art equipment to support R&D activities. Furthermore, our FIRIN laboratory has been put into operation to monitor product performance and provide higher quality service.
